1. You should be registered with new "Punjab Human Trafficking Act 2010" to avail our services.
2. Any one registered in any other state too should have relevent registratiion to do business with us.
3. Persons not having this registrations. Please excuse us and neither ask us for further guidance on this act.
4. Please contact your legal advisors on more info on this new government ruling.
5. Should submit a copy of your (personal/ directors) passport with PCC (Police Clearence Certificate) from passport office.
6. Please submit bank statement of your saving account / company account, attested by banker for the last ONE YEAR

2011 intakes: WE ONLY ACCEPT STUDENTS: -
1. Who do NOT have GAP in studies.
2. Willing to do Degree programs only (do diploma or short term courses offered).
3. Have 6 - 7 bands in IELTS.
4. Have good family funnds to show, without any bank loans.
5. We keep DEMAND DRAFT in favour of school, for full first year of tuition fee. and refund process may take upto six months or more.

FULL FIRST YEAR FEE & FEE OR ADMISSION / OFFER / ACCEPTANCE LETTER IS TO BE PAID ADVANCE TO ALL UNIVERSITES.(in schengen coutries), for non schengen countries same rule applies.

All our “Representatives of students” and direct clients have to pay “Admission Processing” charges in 100% “advance”. In case we are not able to get processed your admission. This fee is 100% refundable reducing any bank charges.

All fee related to Admissions and Yearly tuition fee is to be paid in Bank account of our company or as sugessted by overseas institute, Chandigarh, India. Please include Euro 25 extra for EACH further bank transfers.

Student promises to get all documents / translations/ Medicals/ Police verifications done as soon as it is conveyed to them. If any of the document is delayed by student, then it will be a sole responsibility of student on the out come of his visa result

Student also knows and declares that, the purpose of this study overseas is only studies. He and his parents have adequate funs to support him. He has no intensions to work (Part time) while studies to earn money. Student also knows that we only provide consultancy on study visa. No are not a overseas placement company nor we will help or guide them to find any job or placement.

We shall be the first point of contact for "Representatives of students".. No Student will contact University or Embassy directly. All letters (for student’s bank loans) and receipts for payments received will be issued by the concered only. All Original receipts/ letters received from University shall be provided before the date of Interview only or as and when required.

All students have to submit the Notary attested contact / affidavit directly to us (in our favor).

All students should submit complete “contract/ affidavits ” No admissions will be processed for in completed "affidavit of support" & contract

. In any case if any of the above conditions are voided/ changed/ refused by Associate or Student. We shall forfeit the advance and no refunds will be given back and admission process will be taken back from University.

Currency converting: 1 Euro = 70 Indian Rupees (overseas students. Please convert for your local current currency.) Final cost will be invoiced on the bases of the conversion on the day of payment. (Please check EURO purchase rate from Thomas Cook)

Once University accepts the details provided in this “Application "affidavit of support"& contract”, and then we will send you the admission forms & University contracts. Which require student’s signature?

IF THIS “Application "affidavit of support"& contract” IS BEEN SUBMITTED BY OUR BUSINESS ASSOCIATE. THEN ALSO SIGNATURE OF PARENTS ARE REQUIRED.

Incomplete “Application "affidavit of support"& contract” will not be processed. “Application "affidavit of support"& contract” without advance payments will not be processed

European Embassies may even require to transfer all funds to students “Saving Bank Account”, even before “Study Visa” is requested.

Please note that if “Certificate of Assessment” is delayed by “Ministry of Education” in Lithuania or Latvia or any ther European. They may take from 15 days to 3 month. If student wants to quit or withdraw its application All payments given to us for offer letter and our first installment of Euro 500 will be forfeited as charges for pre mature closing of case.

We only charge you our consultancy. we do not give gurantee of any positive out come of our services.

We with regret conveying that our two weeks “Credit Option” has been highly misused by few students. They have not paid us the fee. This has been a big financial loss to us. So we are now forced to collect the advance payments.

We do not have any hidden charges. All charges are listed in our “Application "affidavit of support"" & Contract. In case of any doubt. Please call or email our office directly..

Please note that all concerned fee of University is to be submitted in our bank account in India. We will issue you the receipts for the same. All yearly fee collected from students are collected through bank only. We do not receive these payments in cash.

Some students may opt to send their yearly advance tuition fee directly to University themselves. They are free to do so. But in these cases we will not do any correspondence for refunds from University (in case of visa refusal). Their refund will not be our responsibly. They have to contact directly to University.

There may be many other our competitors who are not charging any consultancy fee, because they send you to very expensive Universities and they might be getting huge commissions from them. It’s all your money, so take care …

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FORM ALL STUDENTS.
Application form of your concerned country with Photograph, Visa fee.
Statement from Bank showing funds available in parents or your account.
Copy of all saving deposits of parents or your account.
Copy of documents on property owned by Parents or your account
Statement attested by “Chartered Accountant” of all financial details shown above.
Attestation (on back side of all original academic certificates) of all certificates / mark sheet from “Ministry of Education” and after that “Ministry of Foreign Affairs” from the country of residence of student. Then attestation from Embassy.
Police Clearance Certificate from passport office.
Medical certificate by Doctor. Birth certificate in English and in language of concerned country and get it attested from concerned Embassy.
Translation of “Birth Certificate” in Language of country. Where you are applying for study visa. Many of above documents will have to be attested by HRD and then Ministry of Foreign affairs’ of your country. Then Translated in to required language and in last attested in Embassy. We guide for all documentation in India

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE NO INFLUENCE ON ADMISSIONS OR SELECTION. IT IS THE SOLE RIGHT OF UNIVERSITY TO VALUATE STUDENT FOR ADMISSION OR TO CLOSE ADMISSION PROCESS WITHOUT NOTICE. TILL STUDENT HAS NOT RECEIVED CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM UNIVERSITY, HIS ADMISSION IS NOT SURE.

THE FEE INVOLVED UNDER HEADING OF “OFFER LETTER” ALSO CONTAINS THE FEE FOR DIFFERENT PERMISSIONS REQUIRED TO PROCESS THE APPLICATION. IT IS MENTIONED UNDER THIS HEADING FOR GIVING A GENERAL IDEA OF EXPENSE INVOLVES IN COMPLETING ADMISSION PROCESS. WE PROVIDE NO GURANTEE OR WARRENTY ON OUR SERVICES.

IT IS YOUR OWN DECISION TO REQUEST US FOR OUR SERVICES. WE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIABLE FOR ANY DELAY OR ANY OF YOUR FANCIAL OR NON FANCIAL LOSS OR YOUR INTAKE, WHICH YOU MAY FACE BY AWAILING OUR SERVICES.

PLEASE NOTE THAT, EVEN IF YOU PAY ADVANCE FEE FOR “OFFER LETTER”. THIS DOES NOT MARK A WORD OF GURANTEE. THAT YOU WILL GET YOUR ADMISSION. YOUR ADMISSION IS ONLY ASSURED, WHEN UNIVERSITY CONFIRMS IT.

We provide all receipts for the payments received by us. Please note that, we do not provide receipts (or breakups of expense) issued to us by our EU lawyers or overseas business partners, neither we give its copies. We keep them as a our official document. We also do not disclose any reference, fraud documentation verification tips and admission correspondence done between us and our universities. We only provide “offer letters/ Admission Letters” and receipts issued by University for the advance first year tuition fee received by the university. So that student can keep it for its official records.

All students should know that we only help in providing consultancy on “Study Visa” only. We are not a overseas job placement company. Neither we help any one to find any kind of work or job. Please take adequate funds with you for your survival overseas.

All students accept and agree that their sole purpose to get study visa is only limited to complete studies and return to native country.

If you have any of your specific terms. Please get it approved from us in WRITTEN, before completing this application "affidavit of support". Once this document is submitted to us. No changes will be accepted or permitted.

Please note we visit various Embassies personally. We have acquired very valuable information and trainings from embassies on documentation preparations from Visa sections and from concern officers / departments of many embassies. We are very much sure about the success in gaining visa for our clients.

BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN NOT INFLUENCE YOUR APPLICATION IN ANY EMBASSY. WE HAVE NO CONTROL ON DECSION MAKING OF “VISA OFFICERS”. WE CAN NOT HELP YOU IN SPEEDING YOUR CASE IN EMBASSY.

We do not have any personal links in any embassy to get any kind of direct / indirect favor for your application.

We make no promise that you will get your study visa. You have full right to give us this contract or withdraw this contract any time at your will. Please note case closing/ withdrawing charges many cost you up to Euro 500 or more. All your original documents will only be returned when our dues are cleared by you.

IN MANY CASES, FEE FOR BOOKING YOUR ACCOMODATION FOR FULL YEAR AND ADDITIONAL PROCESSING CHARGES FOR ADMISSION SHALL BE DEDUCTABLE BY OVERSEAS SCHOOL. IN MANY CURSTANCES IT IS EVEN MORE THAN 5000 EUROS. SO ALL STUDENTS ARE REQUESTED TO SEND MONEY OVERSEAS, IF THEY ARE SURE TO GO AND TRAVEL FOR STUDIES. IN SOME EXTREME CASES, IF STUDENT IS DENIED ENTRY ON AIRPORT, THEN TOO OVERSEAS SCHOOL MAY DEDUCT THE ABOVE COST. SO ALL TRAVEL, ADMISSIONS AND STUDY IS ON YOUR OWN RISK.

Please not that Embassy has full right to receive / reject any document and also to change any rule. It will be responsibility to Parents and students to get all required documents. We have no control on it, neither we guarantee it.

All disputes are subject to Jurisdiction of Chandigarh (UT), India only.

We reserve the rights to change / edit the terms and condition in this documents any time. Please check the latest date of document uploaded from our website. Only latest version will be accepted by us.

PLEASE NOTE THAT, IF WE FOUND YOUR DOCUMENTS DUPLICATE. WE WILL FORFEIT ALL PAYMENTS AS COMPENSATION TO OUR REPUTATION AND ALL DUPLICATE DOCUMENTS WILL BE SEND TO THE CONCERNED OFFICE AND MATTER WILL BE REPORTED TO POLICE.
